The Lee County Charitable Fund invests in local nonprofit organizations that contribute to improving the quality of life in our community. To apply for a grant from the Lee County Charitable Fund, please read and follow the steps below:
1. Determine Organization Eligibility
To receive a grant from the Lee County Charitable Fund the organization must be a nonprofit organization with current 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.
2. Determine the Grant Cycle You Will Apply To
2026 Grant Calendar - This downloadable calendar provides details about the various grant cycles that the Keokuk Area Community Foundation, North Lee Community Foundation and Lee County Charitable Fund offer.

3. Create an Online Account
Grant Lifestyle Manager (GLM) by Foundant is our online grant management portal. In GLM, you can submit online applications, check the status of applications, review grant histories, and submit final reports. All users will need to create a new account in the new system. To create an account, go to GLM to create a logon.
After logging into GLM, update the Organizational Profile. Do this before you begin the online application, as this information will automatically populate into your application.
4. Applying for a Grant in GLM
Check the grant cycles calendar for deadline dates. All grant deadlines are 6:00 PM Central Time. You can review a list of submitted applications in GLM or download a copy for your records as needed.
All users will need to create a new logon in our GLM Grant Portal to apply for a grant. Download GLM LOGON INSTRUCTIONS.
